Knee Pads: Neoprene knee pads work great, but volleyball knee pads are highly recommended as they’re made to hit a hardwood floor.
Elbow Pads: While not a necessity, your elbows will get mat burn so you should get elbow pads.
Gym Towel: You will sweat and you will need a clean gym towel every session.
Minimum of 2 Gym Shirts: You will sweat and if your shirt becomes soaked, you are required to change your shirt.
Water: It is recommended you bring at least a gallon of water with you to each training session.
Journal/Notepad: We require students to keep a physical journal or notepad for their training. This allows you to keep track of what you’ve learned, and areas you need to improve on. You’ll bring it every class.
